Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-10 years industry experience
• Demonstrated experience leading technology initiatives and software/hardware project management in the financial sector, with a track record of successfully leading and/or managing people and delivering tangible results.

• Proficiency in a range of technologies and platforms relevant to financial services, including but not limited to portfolio management systems, CRM, trading platforms, coding and computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance our firm’s capabilities and competitiveness in the market.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and solutions

• Inspire, train, motivate and manage a team of talented professionals, fostering collaboration and driving excellence in project execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Set clear objectives, track progress, and take proactive measures to achieve key milestones and deliverables. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations

• Actively participate as a member of Strategic Planning Committee

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
