Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Be a sourcing and recruiting powerhouse, leveraging social media, Boolean search, and other techniques to identify the perfect SAP talent fit
Foster strong relationships with both potential and existing SAP consultants, cultivating a thriving talent community that fuels Mindset’s success
Partner with Account Executives and other team members to understand client needs in-depth and match the right talent to the right project
Own the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to coaching candidates through the interview process to compensation negotiation
Identify business development opportunities by leveraging your talent network – think beyond recruitment!

Preferred Skills

4-6+ years of technical recruiting experience (SAP knowledge is a plus)
Experience recruiting in a staffing environment
Great relationship building skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and various sourcing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent Mindset and engage with potential talent
