Reporting to the IT Sr. Manager, you will be acting as a HICX Product [SaaS] Support Lead/Manager working as part of a team based in Raritan NJ to manage the program and triage the obstructing issues facilitate and prioritize the issues with Implementation team [Business/Technical Owners], defining a support model including SLA Matrix and also work within virtual teams across the business supporting and delivering projects.

Accountabilities /Responsibilities:

Monitoring and triaging the defects and enhancement opportunities alongside BT.
Sequencing and prioritizing them as per the criticality.
Providing continuous support throughout the testing cycle and ongoing releases.
Establishing the Support model and adhere to the defined SLAs.
Owning the release specific Defects lifecycle and steering them to logical closure.
Ability to work with Cross-functional teams [External Vendors]
Playing a pivotal role with enhancements / Defect Management and carving out the future scope.
Function flawlessly in an Agile Environment.
Ability to participate in the 24*7 support role [On a need basis]
Ability to run Cut-over activities [Nice to have]
