Job Description

Role: Informatica Admin

Location: New Jersey

• Roles & Responsibilities:

· As an Informatica Admin for PowerCenter and IICS administer existing clusters and domains of Informatica within the enterprise

· Support Enterprise Informatica Platform other region

· Help Client stakeholders in solution building by proposing solutions when needed, reviewing built solutions

· Troubleshoot all issues related Informatica platform

· Handling all incident and change request tickets in SNOW

· Responsible for domain and repository backup on day-to-day basis

· Maintain all Informatica services are up and running in all Informatica servers

· Configuration and management of application services, license service

· Creating and Configuring Power Centre Domains, Nodes, Grids, Repository Services, Integration Services

· Actively work with Informatica product support in raising the service requests (SR#) to solve Informatica service & Infrastructure issues

· Applying patches and plugins for Informatica Platform

· Maintaining Qualification process using TIMS for QA and PROD environments

· Preparing Audit documents for Annual User review for Enterprise Informatica Platform

· Maintaining the documentation for support and admin activities

· Working on Informatica Bug Fixes, Patches/Hot Fixes, Automation of backups, start-ups and shutdown of scripts

· Working in Code Deployment between Informatica repositories

· Granting Additional permissions/privileges to the Repository Users

· Monitoring the server activities through Dynatrace

· Maintaining secure agent services on AWS EC2 platform for all environments

· Configuring SAML SSO set-up for cloud integrated platforms.
