Job Description:
Should be Certified in Success Factors Performance & Goals Management, Compensation Associate and should hold ACTIVE certification.
Certification in Succession and Career development Planning will be added advantage.
Minimum 1 end to end implementation experience in Success Factors PMGM and COMP
Lead and manage Performance/Succession and Compensation workstream to contribute to the overall project success
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360, Continuous Performance management and calibration and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning including career worksheet, LMS-CDP integration, Career development planning and Reports.
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT
Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition
3-6 years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors PMGM Succession and/or Compensation modules
Configuration and strong technical knowledge for PMGM, SPCDP
Integration experience with other SuccessFactors Modules
Experience of CDP & Compensation with Var Pay
Integration experience with SAP EC & other modules
Experience with story Reports.
Knowledge on other SuccessFactors modules is plus.
