Job Description

-> Hands-on with Business Objects Administration/Installation.

->Hands-on with Upgrading the existing Business Objects environment according to the business requirements.

->Experienced with using the SAP Business Objects tools for migration of Reports/Users along with dependencies from one environment to another.

-> Hands-on with using the SAP Business Objects tools to handle the Security/Permissions at the Application/Folder/Connection/Universe level.

-> Hands on with handling the issues post Upgrade/ Migrations, as well as investigate and resolve report related issues.

-> Experienced with performing Disaster Recovery Exercise( Application Recovery, Liaison, documenting in detail)

-> To prepare Technical Recovery Guide, Runbooks and other technical documents for the team.

->Experienced with using the SharePoint to store migration, regulatory submissions, training document in one central location, simplifying task management .

->Awareness on SAP Analytics Cloud configurations from BO side to enable the universe-based reporting, role-based permissions and controlled access to all content.

->To ensure process compliance and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

->To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

->To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

->To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define and implement best practices and documenting the solution for the team
