About the job
The SAP Warehouse and Materials Management Analyst will act as a bridge between business owners, end users, and IT ERP application software teams. The Senior Analyst will actively engage in all stages of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support for IT initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with business process owners to ensure alignment of business process design with ERP system configuration and developments.
Take responsibility for soliciting, documenting, and obtaining sign-off on business requirements from functional teams within business operations.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and ERP development, configuration, and quality assurance teams during implementation, overseeing IT testing to validate approved designs.
Participate in testing activities for configuration changes and new developments, including creating test scenarios and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Support system developers to ensure a cohesive functional and technical design throughout the development process.
Provide post go-live production support to business users following the implementation of configuration changes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent from an accredited college. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Supply Chain, ERP, or Warehouse Management, Materials Management.
Experience in supporting full-cycle ERP system implementation, including gap analysis, requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, reporting, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Strong background working in the ERP environment, with SAP experience being highly desirable.
Demonstrated dedication and a high sense of job ownership.
Proven track record of utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and contentious issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Ability to effectively present facts and recommendations orally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize workload based on organizational or departmental needs.
Possession of a high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information securely.
Critical thinking skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and solve problems.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with queries, report writing, and presenting findings effectively.
Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Tableau is a plus.
