SAP Sr Supply Chain Analyst

HYBRID Position , Long Term Contract

Summary: work closely with
• In this role, you’ll closely work with Supply chain stakeholders at all levels to identify IT requirements and collaborate with internal and external IT teams to deliver and support.
• Manage and execute SAP S/4 Module configurations as assigned for System Integration projects

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide IT subject matter expertise in Planning, Procurement, Quality, Warehousing, Shipping and returns management.
• Use formal system implementation methodologies, including Agile, to lead requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deploy SAP S/4 Supply chain solutions including RICEFW
• Drive the resolution of SAP Supply chain related production support incidents and lead IT support activities
• Develop and support SAP integrations with internal and external applications that includes Salesforce, Workday, EDI, Shipping providers etc.
• Provide training to business users as needed on Supply chain SAP processes and reporting
• Adapt agile methodology/scrum processes for the solution development and application maintenance
• Create detailed project schedules and work plans for Capacity planning and resource allocation
• Leverages formal change management processes to manage changes to scope, cost, schedule and to ensure alignment in expectations.
• Builds a positive, collaborative working environment that instills respect, trust, quality and success as its core goals.
• Raises risks and issues to leadership on a timely basis and work with appropriate parties to create action plans.

Required Skills:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with the implementation of SAP ERP Solutions in Planning, Procurement, Quality Management, Warehousing and Shipping areas
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
• 3+ years’ experience with the design, implementation and support of mobile apps using SAP Fiori
• 3+ years of experience in systems integration with Shipping partners, Salesforce, Workday and EDI thru SAP PO/XI/PI/BTP
• Ability to execute multiple projects in parallel
• Strong business process knowledge and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent consulting skills, Self-confident
• Excellent oral and written communication skills of complex and technical concepts. Demonstrates strong command of the English language
• High internal drive/self-initiative; Ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information; Resourceful
• Excellent customer engagement skills with various types and groups of leaders & people
• Proven team-building skills including trust, professionalism, and ability to garner consensus across diverse groups

Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
