Job Description

Title: Sr. Network Engineer

Location: Durham, North California

The network engineer must have demonstrated hands on experience with:

Troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HSRP, Layer 2 Technologies: VSS, STP, SPAN, Layer 3 Technologies: QoS, OSPF, Multicast

Security Technologies: Firewall, Wireless technologies

Ability to analyze the above technologies utilizing Wireshark to identify network connectivity issues.

Experience with some of the following: Cisco routing and switching, Load Balancers, TACACS+/Radius, Nexus, Checkpoint firewall.

Experience with a GxP environment

Aiblity to operate with direction and oversight.

Be a strong team player with demonstrated customer focus; builds strong customer relationships; creates processes with customer viewpoint; partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

Proven record of a strong analytical and problem-solving skills – communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve; creates actionable strategies and operational plans.

CCNP Level experience required. CCIE a plus

Strong written and verbal English communication skill
