We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us in
managing existing end users. As a candidate for this position, you should possess strong
domain expertise in Access Control, Access Management, Physical Security, Mobile Credentials,
Smart Identities, and Biometrics, which will enable you to recommend the most appropriate
solution to our end customers and channel networks.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with end customers, and System Integrator
partners (Secondary). Therefore, candidates with a core understanding of customer
relationships, customer management, cross-selling, and business development, in the field of
building technologies, and the security industry would be highly valued.

We are looking for experienced sales managers with a proven track record of success in Building Technologies as a whole, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Building management, or Property technology sales and an established customer network.

Key Responsibilities:-

🎯 As a Named Account manager, you will take full ownership of all relationships with end-users in your assigned region. You will be responsible for technically engaging with the existing set of customers and driving business activities to meet or exceed financial objectives for the cloud business as a primary goal.
🎯Excellent communication skills will be critical in this role as you will participate in clear communication with your reporter hierarchy to ensure alignment and achievement of
business goals. You will also maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, competition, and current/future industry trends.
🎯Additionally, you will build and maintain aggressive account growth plans for top
customers in your assigned geography and execute those plans with precision. You will
also facilitate connections with internal resources to provide our customers with value
and ease of doing business.
🎯Your role will be to add value to customers and internal teams through growth and
support activities, such as product demonstrations, and PoCs to the user, and help in
building the referrals and case studies library to internal stakeholders. You will be
expected to own RFP responses and submittals within your local territory and provide productive strategic and market feedback to the business.
🎯You will be responsible for building and executing plans to support customer training
needs, ensuring that our customers are fully equipped to use our products and solutions
effectively. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for driving sales and
building relationships.

🎯You shall be responsible for motivating to migrate the existing customers to the new
generation architectures of Hybrid or Cloud Architectures from the old-school On-Prem.
🎯You shall drive the digital transformation of credentials and applications by engaging
named end customers on the company mobile application platform.
🎯Finally, you’ll be responsible for growing NRR (Net Revenue Retention) and NPR (Net
Promoter Score) within your name account community.
Experience Required:-

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Physical Security preferably Physical, Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Building technologies with a strong technical
acumen.
The minimum criteria to apply for the role is Graduation (B. Tech or equivalent) the candidate with a master degree in the technology field will be given a preference.
